Personal Training

I qualified as a Master Trainer in 2021 and have been helping people reach their goals ever since. Classes are highly personalised, private or in small groups (maximum of three) and take into account clients’ goals, likes, dislikes and any injuries etc.

Our classes are focused on resistance training (weights), HIIT (High intensity interval training), the core and military-based workouts (Bootcamp class only). Having spent six years in the military, our military style workouts are based on actual field drills and military training.

After an initial assessment to determine fitness, flexibility, strength and any postural deviations, classes will be designed especially for you. If you are training whilst your child is having swimming lessons, this assessment and an instructional class must be done over two visits before swimming lessons commence.

Classes includes:

  • Adore Your Core – 20 and 30 minute* classes available

  • Resistance Training (5 training periods each lasting 10 weeks) including;  

Endurance

        Hypertrophy

        Strength

        Contrast Training and Power & Speed    

  • HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) 20 minute* classes guaranteed to get the heart pumping 

  • Military Style Bootcamp** - get ready to flip, drag, push, carry tyres, logs, sand bags – you name it!

 

*These times do not include warm up and warm down – all of which are mandatory at Breathe Swimming and Fitness as they aid performance, recovery, reduce injury and muscle soreness and improve your physical outcomes from the classes.

 

** Military style bootcamp classes cannot be run during swimming classes and are held at our Haigh Drive property.

Classes $35 per hour (Max 3 people)

Private Classes $100 per hour

Paid in blocks as per the school term

Mini bike rental - $20 per week
