When we first met, Kate asked me what my goals were. After using other trainers in the past, she was the first one who helped me achieve those goals. I felt so welcome and comfortable since my first visit. Through 1:1 and small group training I have regained my strength and confidence and I am the healthiest and strongest I've ever felt.
I find the workouts always motivating and challenging, and with different workouts each session, Kate is absolutely fantastic at working with your personal goals. Kate also knows how to motivate you and still make it fun. Kate has kept me interested and motivated since day one with varied and individual workouts, and I love the improvement in my body.
